Doula Essentials

Doula Essentials offers a unique and personalized approach to childbirth education and planning, tailored to your specific needs and preferences. This lite version of doula care ensures a strong connection while providing comprehensive assistance throughout your pregnancy journey.

With Doula Essentials, you will receive the following:

  • In-home Prenatal Visits: We will meet in the comfort of your own home to discuss your birth plan and address any concerns or questions you may have.

  • Birth Plan Assistance: I will guide you in creating a customized birthing plan that aligns with your wishes and preferences. We will discuss various aspects, including positioning and coping strategies for each stage of labor.

  • Childbirth Education: Unlike traditional childbirth ed classes that cover only the basics, Doula Essentials delves into what truly matters to you and your family. We will explore topics relevant to your unique situation, ensuring you are well-prepared for your birth and postpartum.

  • Ongoing Support: Throughout your pregnancy, you can rely on me for support via phone, email, and text messaging. I am here to answer your questions, offer guidance, and provide reassurance whenever you need it.

  • Breastfeeding and Postpartum Preparation: I will assist you in preparing for the postpartum period, including guidance on breastfeeding. You will receive valuable information and resources to ensure a smooth transition into this new phase of parenthood.

  • Tailored Birth Advice and Guidance: If you have specific preferences, such as desiring an unmedicated birth at a hospital, I will share my experience with the particular hospital's protocols. Together, we will identify areas where you can advocate for your preferences and discuss topics to address with your healthcare provider in advance. For example, we can cover position suggestions if labor slows down and strategies to minimize unwanted interventions if that is important to you.

  • Please note: Doula Essentials does not include my physical presence at your birth. If you are having a planned cesarean, please reach out to discuss my Planned Cesarean Support Package that can be added on to the Essentials Package.

Your Doula Essentials Support is $550

Postpartum Doula Support

Intuitive Path Postpartum Doula Care offers steady, heart-centered support as you move through the tender landscape of the fourth trimester. My role is to help you listen inward; to honor who you’re becoming as a parent while also staying connected to who you’ve always been.

From nourishing meals and light household help to lactation support, infant sleep guidance, and a listening ear when everything feels like too much, this care is designed to meet your body, your baby, and your heart right where they are.

I’ve had the honor of walking alongside hundreds of families, holding space as they step into this sacred, disorienting, transformative season. You're not alone on this path, and you never have to pretend you’ve got it all figured out.

Your mental health matters here. Every visit includes time set aside just for you - to process, to be heard, to feel human. Because when you’re cared for, everything else flows a little more easily.

Your Postpartum (Daytime and Overnight) Doula Support is $55/hr.

2-hr. daytime minimum, 8-hr. overnight minimum

Lactation & Infant Feeding Support

The beginning of your feeding journey can feel tender, confusing, and harder than anyone warned you. Cracked nipples, cluster feeding, engorgement, nipple shields, feeding schedules - it’s a lot. And in the haze of exhaustion, many new parents find themselves wondering: Is this normal? Am I doing it right?

Lactation support can make all the difference. Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside families in the Walla Walla Valley, supporting them as they navigate the early days of feeding. Whether you’re breastfeeding, combo feeding, pumping, or somewhere in between, I’ll help you tune into your body, your baby, and your instincts as you build a feeding relationship that works for you.

And when it’s time to wean - whether for personal reasons or medical ones - I’ll help you create a plan that honors your timing, your body, and the emotions that often come with this transition. You deserve care through every chapter of your story.

Your in-home or virtual lactation support visit is $75/hr.

1 hr. minimum for initial visit and in-home visits; subsequently billable in 15-minute increments for virtual support
